ForeSee Results uses the scientific American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) methodology to measure online satisfaction at hundreds of government websites and helps the agencies and departments manage citizen feedback.
This is especially important in light of the Office of Management and Budget’s Open Government Directive, which establishes a firm deadline for Federal agencies to publish an Open Government Plan that explains how the agency will measure and improve transparency to citizens. Measuring citzen satisfaction online is the first step.

On a quarterly basis, ForeSee Results releases the ACSI E-Government Online Customer Satisfaction Index, which benchmarks citizen satisfaction for participating federal government websites.
