Citizen satisfaction with Federal government websites remains at an all-time high, according to the first quarter 2010 release of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) E-Government Satisfaction Index. Many e-gov sites are "top performers" meaning they scored over 80, and many Federal government sites rival even private sector stalwarts like Amazon.com and Google.com.
