Don Morrison, Executive Vice President & General Manager

Don is responsible for driving growth and delivering value to our clients. His focus is to leverage the combined assets of the Answers Cloud Services platform to help businesses measure and improve the multichannel customer experience to deliver better business results.

Don has almost 30 years of experience in executive management, sales management, consulting and strategic planning, including several international assignments. Prior to joining ForeSee in 2009, he was an executive for GMAC Commercial Finance and Compuware Corporation, and held senior management positions at MascoTech, Inc., Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte & Touche.

Don has an MBA degree from Bowling Green State University and a BBA degree from Eastern Michigan University.

Jim Yang, Senior Vice President of Products, Marketing & Client Services

Jim Yang Answers Cloud Services

Jim is responsible for product management, strategy, marketing and client services for the company's suite of SaaS-based customer experience solutions.

Jim has over 15 years of software product leadership and general management experience with leading enterprise and consumer brands. Most recently, Jim served as the vice president of Products & Community for Answers.com, where he oversaw products, community development, content, usability design and business development. Prior to joining Answers, Jim led product management and usability for Shopping.com (acquired by eBay) and Linden Lab (creator of Second Life), and he has also held senior product leadership roles at Yahoo! and Netscape.

Jim earned his bachelor's and master's degrees with honors in electrical engineering and computer sciences from the University of California at Berkeley and his MBA degree from Stanford University.

Jeff Blackman, Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Jeff is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, and Legal departments at ForeSee. This includes establishing strategies, processes, and controls that enable the company to scale. Specifically, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, treasury, and taxes, in addition to all legal matters including customer contracts. Jeff was the winner of Crain's CFO of the Year Award in 2009.

Jeff came to ForeSee from ePrize, LLC, the worldwide leader in interactive promotions and loyalty programs, where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Jeff led the company through exponential growth while building the foundational business processes and procedures. Jeff not only led the company's refinancing, but also was responsible for large operational initiatives, such as revamping the pricing policies and compensation plans.

Prior to ePrize, Jeff was the Director of Financial Services at Valassis, the industry leader in promotional inserts. The company grew from $600M to over $1B during his tenure with the company. Jeff handled all aspects of M&A, treasury, tax, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and many other areas. In fact, Jeff led the company's largest M&A and financing transactions in the company's history.

Jeff began his career at Ernst & Young as an auditor in the Detroit office, where he obtained his CPA.

Jeff is also the founder of Detroit's CFO Forum, a monthly forum in which CFOs share best practices.

Jeff received both his MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.

Dave Lewan, Vice President

Dave is responsible for managing the organization focused on the public sector, including federal and state government departments and agencies, non-profit organizations, associations and higher education institutions. He is charged with defining strategy and leveraging internal resources to initiate new business opportunities while delivering to existing ForeSee public sector clients. He is also responsible for ForeSee’s Canadian business and cxMeasure for Stores in the private sector.

Over the past 25 years, Dave has led organizations in a number of different areas including sales, marketing, product management and operations and technology. Prior to joining ForeSee in 2009, Dave held leadership roles at ADP, SalesLogix, Ultimate Software and Gevity.

Dave graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in speech communications.

Eric Head, Senior Director, Sales

Eric leads ForeSee’s business development efforts in the Midwest, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. With more than 20 years’ experience managing advanced technology products and programs, he has played a key role in the company’s strategic growth, including helping ForeSee expand into the European market as well as launching ForeSee’s offline business.

Prior to joining ForeSee, Eric was director of automotive programs for Internet Operations Center, a leading regional Internet applications service provider. There, he brought new Internet and e-commerce applications and solutions to the automotive industry.

Eric earned a B.S. in marketing from the Miami University-Oxford and an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Eric Feinberg, Senior Director, Product Strategy

Eric works with product, delivery, sales and marketing teams to ensure Answers Cloud Services brings innovation and operational excellence to its offerings. Since joining ForeSee in 2004, he has contributed to the organization’s strategic growth, particularly providing leadership around mobile solutions.

Eric is an elected board member of the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) and an adjunct professor of mobile marketing at the University of California, Irvine Extension. Previously, he worked as a web analyst, multichannel strategy consultant, usability specialist and focus group moderator.

Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
