Research Analysis

Satisfaction Research Client Lead - UK

ForeSee Results is the market leader in online customer satisfaction measurement. We capture and analyze Voice of Customer data to help our clients across sectors and industries increase sales, loyalty, recommendations, and website value.

We use the same scientific methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) and UK National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI-UK), which proves the link between customer satisfaction and financial performance.

ForeSee Results has enjoyed incredible growth since our founding in 2001. We are excited to add a Client Lead to our team in the UK. The Client Lead will oversee the ongoing satisfaction and growth of client relationships. This individual will be remotely based and will conduct most of his or her daily activities in the London area.

The Client Lead manages client accounts that are more complex in nature due to the involvement of their deliverables, number of measures, reporting structure, and/or growth potential. The Client Lead maintains regular client communication and addresses any client issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee implementation phase and delivery activity
  • Provide direction and guidance to all assigned Satisfaction Research Analysts
  • Provide updates and other pertinent communication to clients
  • Be available for clients to contact
  • Escalate issues to ForeSee Results management and follow through to resolution
  • Reinforce the importance of the ACSI methodology
  • Oversee and participate in the presentation of each Satisfaction Insight Review
  • Participate in all 5 and 10 month account reviews
  • Respond to client ad hoc requests as needed
  • Review and rewrite presentations as needed to accommodate UK needs

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 7+ years experience in market research and data analytics, including experience with analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data and providing recommendations.
  • 5+ years experience managing market research projects
  • 5+ years directly managing complex client relationships
  • Prefer experience in web/e-commerce industry

 

Satisfaction Research Analysts (SRA)

The SRA is the main point of contact for our customers after the sale of our service. The SRA is responsible for presenting our clients with their website customer satisfaction analysis. This includes working with clients to establish surveys and providing analysis of the customer satisfaction results to the client on an ongoing basis. The SRA is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.

This position requires at least five years of experience in market research including preparing surveys, analyzing data, and presenting to clients.

 

Usability Auditor

We are currently seeking a Usability Auditor to conduct usability audit reviews aimed at improving the interface of websites to enhance the user experience. The Usability Auditor participates in all phases of the usability audit review delivery process - from conducting in-depth usability audits to delivering results verbally and in written format to the client. Specialized training will be provided by ForeSee Results.

Responsibilities:

  • Review satisfaction data and communicate with Satisfaction Research Analysts to determine area of focus for usability audit
  • Conduct usability audits and write up expert usability evaluations
  • Conduct usability reviews of prototypes, including wireframes and requirements documents
  • Manage our proprietary usability audit database application
  • Conduct ad hoc research regarding usability principles and best practices
  • Act as internal resource regarding usability and the Usability Audit Review service
  • Be part of a great team of smart, friendly Usability professionals.
  • Take part in “Extreme Snack Day” with enthusiasm rather than skepticism.

About You:

  • You will have a Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or other related discipline and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant usability experience (or) a Bachelor’s Degree in HCI and a minimum of 3 years of relevant usability experience in an online environment.

Sales

Sales Manager Offline Services

This is an individual contributor sales role and this person will be responsible for selling our Offline Customer Satisfaction Measurement Services to a territory covering the entire US. Responsibilities include generating client leads, cold calling potential clients, creating client interest, qualifying the potential sale, giving client sales presentations and closing the sale.

Requirements: 

  • Experience selling Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Feedback and Research Tools and/or Analytics into various industries with a strong emphasis in Retail.
  • Significant experience with face to face presentations to executive level decision makers. 
  • Show consistent success with a prospecting model, transactional price point with high volume sales, one million or more in individual annual sales revenues. 
  • Experience creating and developing long term client relationships. 

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and more than seven years of outside sales experience and cold calling experience with sales to contacts at the director-level or above. Successful candidates will have experience selling into offline channels including Call Centers and Stores/Locations.

 

Regional Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads through extensive and persistent cold calling and emailing;
  • Researching additional leads through web research;
  • Contacting customers about our product;
  • Maintaining all contacts and progress in the sales force automation software;
  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and requests;
  • Working together with the outside sales manager to grow a specific sales territory and manage accounts; and
  • Coordinating customer renewals and sales administration.

Requirements:

  • 5 years progressively responsible inside sales experience including an in-depth understanding of the entire sales process in order to coordinate sales functions. High tech or ecommerce sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Proficiency with Sales Force Automation programs (SalesLogix) helpful.

Regional Sales Managers

These professionals will be responsible for a particular geographic region generating client leads, cold calling potential clients to make contact, creating client interest, qualifying the potential sale, giving client sales presentations and closing the sale. They will also maintain client contact as necessary and maintain client information in the sales management system. Positions are located throughout the United States according to sales territories. This position requires a bachelor's degree and more than seven years of outside sales experience and cold calling experience with sales to contacts at the director-level or above. Successful candidates will have experience selling into the online products industry. Experience selling online market research is preferred.

Technology

J2EE Programmer

We are seeking a J2EE Programmer to join our technical development team in our Ann Arbor office. It requires a bachelor’s degree and six or more years of progressive application development experience in the Java / J2EE space. 

 The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing large-scale applications in a hosted production environment. They need to have experience with several software development lifecycle processes and the ability to create and analyze UML artifacts.

The candidate must have experience with J2EE 1.2 (or later) platform and supporting technologies such as JNDI, JAXP, JMS, JDBC, and CMP.  A strong background in Front-End development using HTML, JavaScript and CSS is must.  Additional J2EE Development experience must include JSP, Servlets, and EJB.  The candidate should also have experience with JBoss 4 or Websphere Application Server 6 (or later) and be experienced with open-source tools and toolkits such as Eclipse, Maven, Continuum, JUnit, Log4J, Struts, Spring, Castor, Axis, and Ant.  He/She needs to have experience working with Relational Databases, particularly Oracle 9i (or later).

 

.NET / JavaScript Developer

This position is located in our Vancouver office.

Responsibilities:

  • Construction - work in a team environment to implement projects using tools such as: Visual Studio 2010, Subversion, ANT, Eclipse.
  • Unit Testing - produce unit test plans to demonstrate understanding of the required results and test individual projects. Develop integration and automated unit tests.
  • Project Delivery - work within time constraints to meet deadlines. Identify and communicate issues with project deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in software development with Object Oriented technologies and programming languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of the .NET architecture and development experience in .NET for the past 3+ years, primarily in C#.
  • Experience with .NET 3.x technologies (WCF, WF) and .NET 4
  • Some experience with WPF.
  • Strong working knowledge of XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Good understanding of relational database technology; experience with SQL Server database design and stored procedure development
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
