
ForeSee Results Appoints
New Vice President of Sales
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (April 2, 2008) - ForeSee Results, the market leader in online customer satisfaction measurement and management, today announced that it has appointed Steve Jacob to be vice president of sales. The creation of this new position strengthens ForeSee Results’ ever-growing executive management team, which also recently named Jeff Blackman as CFO and promoted Cia McCaffrey to vice president.
As vice president of sales, Jacob will be responsible for managing the worldwide sales team, with an emphasis on new client acquisition and customer satisfaction. Jacob is also focused on development of additional industry sectors and new international opportunities.
Jacob has 20 years of experience in leading and developing customer-facing teams, and has been responsible for sales, business development, professional services and customer support within every geographical region, including The Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining ForeSee Results, Jacob held senior management positions at Ingres Corporation, Landmark Graphics, Scopus Technology, Net Perceptions, and Click Software. Most recently, he was a key contributor at Ingres immediately following the divestiture from Computer Associates, and therefore was responsible for developing a new sales organization that exceeded its revenue goals in the first two years.
Jacob holds a Bachelors degree from the University of London.
