ForeSee Results Acquires Red Spade;
Adds Usability Services

ANN ARBOR, MI (September 13, 2007) - ForeSee Results, the market leader in online customer satisfaction management, today announced that they have acquired Red Spade, the leader in online usability consulting, in order to add a greater degree of actionability to customer satisfaction analysis. Starting immediately, ForeSee Results’ clients will be able to add targeted usability audit reviews to help guide online improvements and drive ROI.

Using the proven, scientific methodology of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), ForeSee Results quantifies the link between drivers of online satisfaction (such as navigation, product information, functionality, and others) and desirable behaviors like future purchases, return site visits and referrals. Adding usability audit reviews will allow ForeSee Results to provide clients with a direct path to website improvement. Analysis of specific website visitor satisfaction concerns can now be extended to include recommendations on what clients should do to address these issues.

“This acquisition made perfect sense as part of ForeSee Results’ aggressive strategy to meet the needs of clients that require more specific direction on where to concentrate their online investment and improvement efforts,” said Larry Freed, President and CEO of ForeSee Results. “There is no better company offering usability audits than Red Spade, and adding their usability audits to our stable of solutions will allow us to offer our clients both a diagnosis and a detailed prescription for what changes and enhancements will bring the greatest return on investment.”

“Red Spade is thrilled to become part of ForeSee Results, and the partnership is an instinctive one because of the way in which the ACSI can help clients focus usability improvement efforts,” said Kay Min, Principal and co-founder of Red Spade. Partner Jennifer Bailey added, “The combination of ACSI-based customer satisfaction research and the resulting usability audits will encourage strategic use of budget because clients will know which usability violations have the most impact on overall satisfaction, likelihood to purchase, loyalty, and word of mouth.”

“I’ve worked with both ForeSee Results and Red Spade separately for years and couldn’t be happier that they’re joining forces,” said Kevin Ertell, Vice President of E-Business at Borders. “Both are at the top of their respective fields and provide critical, complementary services, so it’s a natural fit for them to collaborate to offer even more useful insights into which online improvements will provide the best value.”
