ForeSee Results Announces Key Promotion and New Vice President

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (March 27, 2008) - ForeSee Results, the market leader in online customer satisfaction measurement and management, today announced that it has promoted Cia McCaffrey to vice president. The promotion strengthens ForeSee Results’ ever-growing executive management team, which also recently named a new CFO.

McCaffrey has been with ForeSee Results since its inception in 2001 and has played a pivotal role in the rapid growth that has required staff increases of at least 25% per year and the opening of new offices in Southfield, Michigan, and in London, England.

In her new role as vice president, McCaffrey will continue to be responsible for recruiting and key human resources functions such as staff development, coaching and training managers, employee development, sales organization strategy, and compensation plans. McCaffrey also oversees facilities.

McCaffrey came to ForeSee Results with over eight years of IT recruiting management experience and several years of human resource management experience. Most recently, she was human resource and recruiting manager for the Specialty Practices Division of Compuware, including the e-Business, Product Support and various Professional Services groups.

McCaffrey graduated from Northwood University with a B.A. in Business Administration.
