ForeSee Results Helps NACo Listen to the Voice of its Online Customers
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (February 27, 2007) – ForeSee Results is working with the National Association of Counties (NACo), a national membership organization representing U.S. county governments, to measure online customer satisfaction with its website, www.naco.org.
“The National Association of Counties serves as the voice of county government before the public and the federal government,” said Beverly Schlotterbeck, NACo’s Executive Editor. “Therefore, it’s critical that we listen to the voice of our online customers to find out how we can best serve them through the web channel.”
Using the methodology of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), ForeSee Results scientifically quantifies the drivers of online satisfaction and shows where NACo should enhance its website to increase satisfaction. This unique methodology also assesses how increased satisfaction leads to more return site visits, recommendations and other desired future behaviors. NACo plans to use the data gathered through ForeSee Results to help guide a site redesign planned for later this year.
