ForeSee Results Expands Federal Government Business in 2007

ANN ARBOR, MI (March 27, 2007) - ForeSee Results, the leader in online customer satisfaction measurement, has expanded its work with federal government clients with the addition of two new websites and the renewal of contracts for eight others.

For these and hundreds of other public and private sector websites, ForeSee Results applies the methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to assess current citizen satisfaction. “Voice of customer” feedback helps government sites better understand who is coming to their sites and why. Customer satisfaction analytics also help government sites prioritize site improvements based on their impact on desired future behaviors, such as likelihood to return to the site and use it as a primary resource. By working with ForeSee Results, government sites have been able to better understand their online audiences, increase customer satisfaction and project the impact of higher satisfaction on moving people from offline channels to the more cost-effective web channel.
