Eaton Tracks Online Customer Satisfaction with ForeSee Results

ANN ARBOR, MI. (February 27, 2008) – Eaton, a leading global diversified industrial manufacturer, is working with ForeSee Results to capture “voice of customer” feedback and measure customer satisfaction with its website, www.eaton.com.  This assists Eaton in tracking customer satisfaction as it moves its business segment websites under the corporate site.
