ANN ARBOR, MI (January 10, 2007) - ForeSee Results, the leader in online customer satisfaction measurement, is currently working with nine of the eighteen Quicksilver initiatives initially included in the enhanced e-gov performance scorecard recently announced by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Customer satisfaction was one of three new performance standards recently added to track the success of the President’s E-Gov Initiative.
ForeSee Results uses the proven and scientific methodology of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to measure online customer satisfaction of sites associated with:
