ForeSee Results is a growing, fast-paced and dynamic organization headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI, with offices in Southfield, MI, London, UK and Vancouver, CA, and sales representatives throughout the U.S. We measure online customer satisfaction with private and public sector websites using the methodology of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to help our clients increase sales, loyalty, recommendations and website value.
We look for enthusiastic, fast-paced individuals with experience in market research, website usability, web analytics and other related fields. We are now actively recruiting for the positions listed below.
Research Analysis:
Satisfaction Research Analysts (SRA)
The SRA is the main point of contact for our customers after the sale of our service. The SRA is responsible for presenting our clients with their website customer satisfaction analysis. This includes working with clients to establish surveys and providing analysis of the customer satisfaction results to the client on an ongoing basis. The SRA is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.
This position requires at least five years of experience in market research including preparing surveys, analyzing data, and presenting to clients. The Team Lead position requires additional direct management experience of five or more direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
Sales:
Inside Sales/Account Management Professionals
These professionals will be responsible for generating client leads, cold calling potential clients to make contact and creating client interest from our offices in Ann Arbor and Southfield, Michigan. They will also maintain client information in the sales management system. They will continue to work with our clients to pursue renewals and additional business.These positions work in concert with regional sales professionals to grow the territories.This position requires a bachelor’s degree and two to five years progressively responsible inside sales experience. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of 30 or more calls per day.
Inside Sales Manager
This person will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and supervision of the inside sales team. Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of sales representatives for a region.
- Coaching, performance management, and staff career development of direct reports.
- Participating in the interviewing process and provides hiring recommendations and insights.
- Providing the team with sales tools and techniques to achieve their goals.
- Providing Senior Management with weekly reports on sales activities, forecasts and performance of their team.
- Developing and executes strategic regional plans utilizing resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue with frequent guidance from the area manager or director.
- Handling escalations and participates directly in complex sales situations to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree.
- 5 - 7 years of direct sales management experience.
- Experience of managing teams of at least 5 to 10 sales professionals within the last 5 years.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Clear leadership, mentoring and motivational abilities; experienced in hiring, developing, rewarding and retaining a sales team.
- Possess demonstrated success in the sales life-cycle: prospecting, buying behaviors, negotiation, overcoming objections and closing the deal.
- Experience with account planning, account development and retention strategies, pipeline management and selling capabilities.
- Clear ability to multi-task, learn and leverage a variety of software applications.
- Excellent communication, strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability.
Public Sector Sales Manager

Qualifications:
- Experience selling Web Research Tools and/or Analytics into various industries, specifically Government, Public Sector and Non-Profits.
- Extensive background directly managing an eCommerce sales team.
- Significant experience with face to face presentations to executive level decision makers in Federal Government, Public Sector and NGOs.
- Show consistent success with a prospecting model, transactional price point with high volume sales, one million or more in individual annual sales revenues.
- Experience creating and developing long term client relationships
- Some travel expected
- Prefer residence in Michigan.
- Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Attend industry events, public relation events, speaking engagements and other company representation opportunities.
- Insure in depth training and coaching of new sales employees.
- Strategize with sales reps on their sales plans.
- Assist sales reps in managing their sales plans.
- Work with sales reps on strong ongoing client management.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation activities.
- Interface with Inside Sales Manager and team to insure strong partnership with the Outside Sales team.
- Work with CEO on strategy of company sales growth.
- Insure adherence to use of Saleslogix system.
Regional Sales Professionals
These professionals will be responsible for a particular geographic region generating client leads, cold calling potential clients to make contact, creating client interest, qualifying the potential sale, giving client sales presentations and closing the sale. They will also maintain client contact as necessary and maintain client information in the sales management system. Positions are located throughout the United States according to sales territories. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and more than seven years of outside sales experience and cold calling experience with sales to contacts at the director-level or above. Successful candidates will have experience selling into the online products industry. Experience selling online market research is preferred.
